By using joaquimpacer.com (the “Site”), including the Native Texan Two-Step demo pages, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About This Site
The Site is operated by David Pacer (doing business as Joaquim Pacer), sole proprietor in Austin, TX, as a portfolio demonstration of booking-flow website services for small businesses. The Native Texan Two-Step demo pages illustrate a booking-flow website experience; bookings made through the demo may or may not result in actual scheduled classes with Native Texan Two-Step.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information on any form
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Site’s infrastructure
- Use the Site or any contact details obtained from it to send spam, marketing, or harassment
4. SMS Terms
If you choose to receive SMS text messages (by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on a booking or waitlist form), you agree to receive transactional text messages from Native Texan Two-Step for the following purposes only:
- Class booking confirmations
- 24-hour class reminders
- Waitlist signup confirmations
- Waitlist spot-open alerts
- Confirmation after you claim an opened waitlist spot
Messages are transactional only — we do not send marketing texts. Typical message volume is fewer than 4 messages per month per user.

5. Bookings and Payments
Bookings made through the demo may be processed via third-party payment systems (Stripe in test mode for demonstration). No real payment is collected for demo bookings unless explicitly stated on the booking page. Refunds for any demo booking are handled case-by-case — email the contact below within 14 days and we will respond.
6. Content and Ownership
Content on the Site — design, code, text, images (unless attributed otherwise) — is owned by David Pacer (d/b/a Joaquim Pacer) or licensed for use on the Site. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse the Site’s content without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any particular class or waitlist signup will result in a scheduled class.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, David Pacer (d/b/a Joaquim Pacer) is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or any service described on it.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
