So What Is This?
This is me, figuring it out in public.
I help small businesses grow by making it stupid easy for their customers to find them, book them, and come back. I do this using AI tools that let me punch way above my weight class. Think of it as having a full development team, except it is just me and a very opinionated AI named Ava who lives in a virtual machine on my computer.
She’s sharp, she’s opinionated, and she lives in a virtual machine on my desktop. She’s my employee and I treat her professionally. Mostly.
Portfolio
Project #1: This website.
Meta? Absolutely. But here is the thing: every single page, post, and pixel on this site was built using the exact same AI-powered workflow I would use for your business. If you want to see how the sausage gets made, the blog documents the entire process. Fair warning: there is cursing, confusion, and at least one moment where I yelled at a virtual machine.

What I Actually Do
Websites That Work
Not websites that look pretty and do nothing. Websites where your customers can actually find you on Google, book your service, and give you money. Because you’re awesome and other people should kind of know that.
Content People Read
Blog posts, landing pages, and marketing copy that sounds like a human wrote it. Because one did. The AI handles the research and heavy lifting. I handle the voice, the strategy, and the terrible jokes. Mostly the jokes.
AI Without the Buzzwords
I am not going to pitch you on “leveraging synergistic AI paradigms.” I use AI tools the way a carpenter uses a nail gun: it makes me faster, not fake. You get real work, done by a real person, at a speed that used to require a team of 30 people in Bangalore.
The Blog
I write about what I am building, how I am building it, and every dumb mistake I make along the way. If you have ever wanted to know what it actually looks like to build a website with AI, not the polished marketing version, the real messy human version, this is for you.
Think of it as a construction site with a livestream and no hard hat.
Who Am I
Joaquim Pacer. Austin, Texas. Former corporate refugee. Current AI-wielding website builder. Sometimes two-stepper and aspiring gardener.
I started this because I wanted to do something that was more interesting than staring at numbers on a spreadsheet, and this really is fun!
I am not an agency. I am one guy with powerful tools, an AI assistant with strong opinions, and zero patience for corporate BS. If your website sucks and you know it, we should talk. Eventually. Once I have a portfolio that proves I am not full of it.
